AQT Limited is an established training organisation
located in one of the Olympics Host Boroughs, Waltham Forest, providing
high quality training and progression opportunities to employers and their staff. We also work with unemployed, economically inactive and young people to support them with obtaining the right skills to move them into sustainable employment.
We endeavour to
build skills in those groups furthest from the labour market, those in greater need of ensuring sustainable employment and thus skills, in addition to those with low / outdated skills, in need of basic skills or without qualifications.
As an organisation we deliver outstanding results, have strong ties with local employers, Local Authorities, training providers and colleges. Through our
activities and services we continuously address and review demand and needs in the market, the changing climate, local and regional strategies.
We aim to meet the needs of all types of employers including micro, small to medium and large organisations whether it is training existing employees or planning to recruit new staff. We also work with our residents to develop provision that helps to narrow gaps where low skills levels and high unemployment rates exist. We are well placed to move large numbers of young people and those in need of work experience into placements within a variety of sectors.
