Training Services for Employers, Individuals & Funders

Training Existing staff : We can train all your staff to a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 2, 3 or 4 depending on their job roles. NVQ’s are work-related awards designed to recognise and support the progress of your employee’s abilities at their job. Each NVQ reflects the skills and knowledge needed to do a particular job effectively creating greater confidence and increased motivation.
 

Recruiting New staff : We advertise and do all the screening for you and once we have selected the suitable candidates, we provide Pre-Employment training in Business and Admin, Customer Service, Health and Social Care, Retail, Security, Hospitality and many more sectors, to ensure they have knowledge of company products and services prior to starting work and any mandatory qualifications required by employer i.e. health and safety.
 

Making staff redundant : We offer a range of training services to develop skills to help staff at risk of redundancy to retain their existing job through up-skilling and/or help those who have been made redundant to find new employment. We equip individuals with the skills needed to secure employment within sectors with emerging skills shortages and emerging job opportunities.

 
Information, Advice and Guidance : We ensure that all individuals receive suitable information and advice to identify the best progression routes. If you are interested in a course or employment opportunity that we are not able to provide, we will refer you to the next best training provider/college to meet your needs and requirements.

Being Made Redundant : We understand that having worked with one organisation for a long period and then being told that you are losing your job and not being sure what directions you can take or what support is available, can be very difficult. This is where we can help as we have done our Labour Market Research for you. We will provide the skills you need to re-train you to find a new job or even up skill you within you current job and support your employer to weather the storm of the current economic climate.
